Job Description:

Due to increased orders and continual expansion, Aspire Create is hiring skilled Bench Joiners to join our growing workshop and fit-out team in Bangor.

At Aspire Create, we make it happen delivering high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects for luxury hotels, retail, hospitality, and commercial clients across Northern Ireland, ROI, and the UK.
From bespoke hotel suites to precision retail counters and feature bars, our work showcases craftsmanship, innovation, and detail at every stage.

Essential Skills & Experience

We’re looking for team players who take pride in their work and want to grow with us. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Solid bench joinery skills and an eye for detail

  • Workshop or shopfitting experience, ideally within the bespoke or high-end interiors

  • A genuine passion for craftmanship and creating quality finishes

  • The ability to work well as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting others

What you’ll be doing

Every day is a little different at Aspire Create – one day you might be crafting detailed cabinetry for a hotel suite, the next assembling feature joinery for a retail fit-out.

Your role will include:

  • Producing high-quality joinery for luxury retail, hospitality and commercial interiors

  • Reading and interpreting drawings, preparing cutting lists, and machining materials with precision

  • Taking ownership of your projects and delivering them to the highest standard

  • Working closely with our workshop team to meet deadlines and share ideas

  • Help to keep the workshop safe, tidy and well organised.

  • Adhering to all company health and safety policies and procedures

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate based on your skills and experience, with opportunities to grow and develop as part of a friendly, supportive team.

Job Type: Full-time

Working hours: 8am – 5pm Mon – Thursday 8am-1pm – Friday

Depending on experience rates from £14 – £18 per hour

OT Rate @ Time and a half
